• First, we schedule a free in-home consultation to evaluate and determine your estate sale needs.
• There are no upfront costs or hidden fees for the client.
• Typically, your estate sale can be set-up and scheduled within a 1-to 2-week timeframe.
• The home must be unoccupied by the set-up start date.
• The items will be organized, categorized, cleaned (if necessary), staged and professionally photographed. We take pride in the aesthetic of our set-up. 
• The items will be researched and the condition assessed. Based on our findings, it will be priced at fair market value.
• The sale will typically run 2-to 3-days depending on the size of the estate. 
• The first day of the sale, the items will be full price with discounted pricing on the following day(s). 
• When the sale is over, the remaining items will be donated or disposed of.
• Please remember - We do all the work for you!

Again, there are no upfront costs or hidden fees. Our company works on a commission basis only. 

Most likely, there are enough items. However, the only way to definitely determine this is to set up a free consultation with us so we can evaluate the items in the home.

No. It is actually preferred and recommended that the client not be present at the estate sale. (This can be a difficult and emotional experience for the client - we understand this firsthand.) 

We are here to help and to make this process as easy as possible for our clients. —-again, we do all the work!

• There are no additional charges to the client for advertising.
• We will post traditional estate sale signs to help guide potential customers to the sale. 
• The sale will also be posted on EstateSales.net with photos and sale details. 
• It will also be listed on other social media platforms as well.

The items that don't sell will be donated. If you have a charity preference, please let us know and we will fulfill that request.

The items that are not acceptable for donation will be disposed of as per our contract.
